Call for Coordinators! - GOOD JOB, FOLKS!

Folks - Well, the time has come to get the ball rolling & we need coordinators & assistants to head up some of these events/functions.

For those that have never attended, or who have attended & not volunteered in the past, it's a no-brainer. Start a topic & post what is needed, then maintain a list of volunteers to bring stuff or assist. For food events you will need, besides volunteers to bring their finest dishes, a setup & cleanup crew. All paper/plastic products, condiments, water, & coffee will be provided by MOC.

Don't be shy or intimidated - you'll have lots of help. It's also a great way to meet folks & develop friends in the MOC. The WM's will be your contacts & will offer whatever help you need. Please see the contacts list at the bottom of this post.

To volunteer as a COORDINATOR: first pick an event/function that you would like to coordinate, then either email/PM the contact for your function to sign up. Your contact (see below) will then help you in organizing the info for your post, & keep tabs on how things are proceeding.

To Help a Coordinator, or Contribute to an event,such as a PotLuck, just post a Reply in that event's section & the Coordinator will sign you up.

The response has been OUTSTANDING, & the WM's want to extend our thanks to all that have VOLUNTEERED. Without ALL of YOU, WE couldn't make this work! We especially want to extend our thanks to the First-Timers who have stepped up to the plate - you are the future of the MOC, & there is no better way to start...

Jim, I am confirming my acceptance of both assignments. We will also be in early to help and I usually have my bike so will help with parking as well as photos. Also DTV setups, Cable end repairs, and general maint help on rigs.

Donna - really not much to do. Just put up a list of people who want to carpool & those that will supply transportation. Most of those that go do go on their own, so it is really no biggy. You'd just be the go-to person to organize transportation for those that may need it. Really appreciate you volunteering...
