We are near always far away from our selling dealer. The times we have had problems far away from home and our selling dealer we called the service center and they made arrangements for us at a dealer for repair. In one case it was a Keystone dealer but not a Montana dealer. We have not had a problem with a dealer turnning us away.

I was thinking about this the other day. There are multiple stickers that tell the driver to check air pressure and lug nuts before getting under way. Hmmmmm, tells me Keystone knew those dadgummed tires and valve stems were gonna leak!
I do not fault the idea of checking your lug torque frequently as aluminum expands and contracts. Yet all these warnings and stickers are just another way of KS doing the CYA bit, courts and lawyers are everywhere. IMHO PS We love our Monty and are very satisfied. Keystone and Hawley's Camping have met our needs excellently. Larry

From our experience it's not the metal expanding or contracting. It was explained to us by multiple sources it's actually the extreme side loads placed on the wheels when you turn that loosen the lugs. We started checking them very frequently at at times found at least one that was not to torque. Of course the stickers are for CYA probably because they'd (KEystone) been sued because THEY didn't tell the owner to check something even though they didn't sell it to the final owner.

Lawyers are into everything these days. Pick up a box of Star Kiss's at a Dairy Queen and you will find a warning box that reads "Warning product is cold and may stick to lips or tongue". Now days there are way too many starving lawyers and they will and do sue anyone they think has money over anything!
