MOC Merchandise Coordinator - Pete Hanson

At the last two NE Rallies I have coordinated the sale of MOC merchandise. As the Wagon Master I request someone else step up and coordinate this time. I will advise and answer any questions but need to be available all the time.

• It involves:
  
• Usually pre-rally listing on the fourm and taking advance orders which is closed a month before rally so the proper quantities can be shipped. Doug and I can help with that.
• inventorying the items received
• displaying/selling the items at the rally
• receiving money
• inventorying returned merchandise
• balancing the books
• shipping unsold items back to Doug

The coordinator has no out of pocket expenses and the cost of return shipment is taken out of the money received.

I see we have many new members attending and I am sure they would like to purchase some items.

Special Items (jackets) need to be ordered in advance so Doug can take care of the personal items on them.

Thanks Doug, I will hook up with you shortly through PM to discuss how best to coordinate this. I am looking forward to helping out at the rally as well as supporting MOC through the sales of merchandise.
