Hi, Mike, Vicki, Sadee,& Libby from North Central Illinois! We just joined this forum to keep up to date on the Montana rally and all the related info regarding Montana RV's.
We bought our 1st rv, which was a 10' truck camper & a 1974 Chevy 3/4 ton truck in 1977. Since then & many rv upgrades along the way, we bought our 1st 2018 Montana 3791 in the fall of 2017. We just upgraded to a 2019 Chevy Duramax 3500 dually that we've only pulled the 5ver once with. We have pulled this rv on many different trips from Myrtle Beach to the Wisconsin 4 wheel trails with the old truck. The one thing I've noticed is that even though this unit is taller & heavier it pulls better than any we've had in the past.
This year we have already been to Gulf Shores, Al & plan to go fishing to Lake Shelbyville, IL next. Then to Yellowstone in July and to the Rally in September & probably another fishing trip before the out west trip if possible.
We are newbie's to this site, but not to camping, so we hope to learn from this site & looking foward contribute to it as well.
