Component video upgrade

Here is a simple upgrade that will make a big difference when viewing DVD's. My 2005 3255RL came with a Toshiba 27A44 TV and a Quest QR2000 home theater system. The QR2000 has component video outputs, and the TV has component video inputs! Add a component video cable, and you will significantly improve DVD video viewing. The TV is held in with three very long screws, and the Quest is held in with two screws. Total upgrade time is about 30 minutes. Just be careful when turning the TV to gain access to the back.

Thanks for the tip. I'll do the same on my new 3380RL. I have a home theater set-up in my house, but until now, didn't think about checking the system in the camper. I guess I didn't equate "home theater" with "camping"! I guess I was distracted by the somewhat tacky fireplace below the TV.

hey rehorner, some evening when you are a little chilly you might not think the fireplace is so tacky. Besides it can be very romantic.
