Agree with all the above recommendations. We do Longtiming as snowbirds below the frostline plus sight seeing traveling during the summer, so access to refer and bathroom with slides in is good, we can also get in bedroom by turning sideways. G614s or equal tires is a must, we have experienced the Abilene, Kansas 107 degree heat with only one AC so get a second AC.

Well, We have now been living full time in our 3100RL for 3 months and we still love it. The open floor plan reallys helps on not making us feel squeezed in here.

Glad to hear you are enjoying it! We just bought the exact trailer but we are not full-timing it. We have two dogs that occasionally travel with us and a 6yr old. So if you have any tips on how to make things more enjoyable or more efficient please let me know!!! I don't get to spend enough time in it. We are going to Quartzsite rally in January 2013 so that will be our big trip. We took her to Yellowstone for 5 days in September when we first got her. Enjoy!
