rocking leaking toilet

I really appreciate people to check with as sometimes I feel crazy...
But I don't think toilets are supposed to rock and leak "fluids down the outside of the black pipe in the basement . So I started looking and found 3 of the 4 screws holding the toilet to the floor loose. so i removed the toilet and found the flange brokenish and the 2 screw holes in the floor stripped.
Flange ->

What is the drill here? the flange needs to be replaces, is it screw on or glued? The foam washer is misshaped so will need to be replaced. Is this a me or dealer Job? I do have a extended warranty.
We are in southern AZ near Gila Bend boon-docking
Thanks
mikey

Easy Fix drill out the wood screws.The flange is threaded on.
Take a length of wood put two screws in and space so they will go in two of the holes on the flange use this as a tool to remove the flange
When installing use like six wood screws to remount the flange on the floor
This will help to hold the base of the toilet flat on the floor so it will not rock
Do not over tighten when reinstalling the toilet.
The key is to get the base tight and square to the floor to accomplish this the flange has to be tight and squire to the floor

I beleive you are going to have to purchase at a RV Store or on line you will also have to purchase a new seal

The flange should be for 3" Pipe with female thread
