8.1 Carboning Up?

Are there 8.1 owners out there that have noticed if the inside of their tailpipe carbons up after pulling their trailer? I have just noticed this with mine after a 1500 mile pull at 65-68 miles per hour. Upon taking it to my service dealership (who has been rather honest with me) they have tested everything and contacted the technical support from the factory. They can come up with nothing out of the originary. My mpg's are lousy (which I expected) being in the 7.2-7.9 range. I have tested different grades of fuel. I'm not sure if I may have created the problem. Any others notice it?
