Complicated? Shower cracked

Our shower base is cracked around the drain. This looks to be complicated to replace. Anyone tried it?

We did a fiberglass repair on our 2002. Had access to the drain from the storage compartment. Put a 12 inch circular patch down, and it lasted until we traded in for our 2005. Could not really make it look good, not successful with matching and painting the pan, so laid down a bathtub rubber mat cut to fit, which covered the patch and the wife was happy for the next three years.

Larry I just took my complete shower out and repaired everything. I removed the styrofoam and replaced it with plywood to make the floor solid also reworked the drains and shower surround. If you look on here for a post by Bernie "Icehouse" he took pics and posted. Its easy but a little time consuming.
