Mo Battery Power !!!
I like to stay at our National Parks, but many times these parks don't provide electrical hookups at their sites. So, I wanted to improve on the 12vdc system. So I purchased 3, group 27, 12v batteries. I made a wooden tray that the 3 batteries would rest in snugly without shifting around and wired them in parallel using heavy gauge, multi-strand, automotive wire. A 12v. meter will mount inside the trailer next to the Heat A/C Thermostat Control, so it will be easy to monitor. A 750watt power invertor will run your AC stuff for a while if like to Boondock. I'm looking at wiring in a 100watt solar panel next. The batteries lasts a long time with just using your lights and small stuff.
