Ford 7.3 PS vs 6.0 PS

Just wonderin has anyone towed with both engines? Which 1 do you prefer? Ford claims the 6.0 has more power, but thats a big drop in cubic inches. These new puter controlled horses are good, but there just ain't no gettin around the fact that for low end torque in a V8 bigger is better.
