To answer your question ... no I don't, but ..... sometimes you simply haven't talked to the right person to resolve an issue. Once you lawyer up ... the option of going back and finding the right or better person is forever removed.

No advise on a laywer, but don't be surprised if they ask for a $5000 retainer fee upfront, and then charge you $250 an hour, their travel time is counted in that hour, and every email received and ever email sent is charged 1/4 hour. Well, that's what a lawyer cost us 13 years ago in Indiana.

Unless it is something that could be a class action or caused bodily injury, most lawyers wont take a case unless you have deep pockets or it is a sure thing where they see they can get their fees out of the defendant. You might want to find someone that will send them a scare letter to get them moving, that would most likely cost under $500.00.

What problem are you having? I don’t think a lawyer will help you unless you are willing to spend a boat load of money to prove a point. You will spend far more than you will recover. They have lawyers under contract and will use them.

Jeff- First of all what is the problem or problems that you needing a lawyer and secondly have you contacted your dealer and Keystone Customer Service to try and take care of the problem? We can't help you if you don't give us an explanation as to why you want a lawyer to go up against Keystone/Montana. There are procedures that one must follow to get things accomplished with a problem with your unit. #1 is contacting your dealer with the problem. #2 is contacting Keystone Customer Service and being calm and explaining the problem to the Customer Service Rep. If you are rude and disrespectful to the Rep all that does is turn them off to your problem and nothing will get solved. Better to treat it with Honey than vinegar as the saying goes. A lot of times one finds out that the dealer has not carried through on their part of the problem and have not actually contacted Keystone and set up a problem file on the unit. The dealer SAYS they have but in reality they have not. Help us out here and let us know what is going on and maybe the membership can help you out OR maybe one of the Keystone Montana personal will jump in here and help out. They do monitor this Forum and the postings and do come back with folks posting here to try and help them out with a problem they are having.

Rondo is right. If you talk to Keystone the nicer you can be the more likely you are to get what you want. Several years ago several of us small business people were setting around at a shooting match talking about customer service. This is something we all agreed on. Be extremely nice. Get to know the person you are dealing with it WILL go far.

Jeff, don’t know your issue but as others have said, don’t get snarky with customer service or they will just shut you out. I always ask them for help first and explain the issue like they are the white knights. While doing this ask who is the area sales rep for Keystone and get their telephone number. Surprisingly, they gave me his telephone number. I got a lot of help from mine. Once they get a letter from an Attorney, or they get involved, the walls go up and you go nowhere. Unless you have a boatload of money and are ready to fight the battle, thats the only way an Attorney will get anywhere. You can call the various government agency’s and see what they say. Consumer protection agency and the like. Without knowing the issue, thats about all we have. Hope you can work it out.

Have you tried a consumer advocate? I read about their successes in my trailer life magazine.

Given that OP isn’t responding, I think this thread is going nowhere. Would have been interesting to know what the issue is.

You should not have to get down on bended knee and beg a customer service rep to assist. They should understand if a customer is upset. We spend a LOT of money on these things!!
The best way to calm a customer down is with RESULTS not by hanging up on them!!!!!

Check with the state attorney general they will look into it for you. Keystone has had a lot of complaints filed with the state.

I found this on the Keystone Customer Support page:
Owner's Dispute Resolution Program
DeMars & Associates
(850) 414-3500
www.demarsassociates.com
I have no experience, so cannot say if this is a good option, but I thought it may be helpful.
All the best with resolving your issues,
Brad
