WEll, after five months of trying to sell our house by owner, with no success 9days ago we listed it with a realtor. Yesterday we got an acceptable offer, so we are under contract! We close in exactly 30 days. Now we begin our search for a rig and truck in earnest. Thank you Lord! Al
