Motion lights

Ok so what is the trick to removing the small motion sensing light housings? The one in the cabinet where my switches and tanks level lights are has stopped working and I want to take it out to see if it can be fixed but is seems like it is welded in there!!!! There has to be someway to get the housing off. Thanks for any help.

Inside my cabinet door is the same motion sensor light as the steps leading up to the upper level in. In a previous post, I posted photos of how this sensor light comes apart. If yours is the same, click here and look at the photos I posted.

FYI, more than likely, you'll break it too. Don't be discouraged through, it will still snap on with one catch.

Thanks, I was able to get the faceplate off and found loose connection. It’s all fixed and working the way it should and faceplate snuggly back on.
