More dust .

2014 Montana HC. Just recently replaced all the slide seals with new material given to us at the rally. The slides seals seem to close well but we are seeing a lot more dust inside when we stop after driving 3 or 4 hours than we noticed before. We have the brown venetian blinds, which we really like, but they need dusting every stop and the floor gets your socks dirty in just a few hours of walking around. The seal material doesn't look as wide as the original. Are there different widths of seal material and would a wider seal give a better fit and reduce the dirt allowed to enter?

Yes, there are different sizes for the flap seals used on rvs... Might be that you received replacements that were smaller.
