We have a 2015 High Country. The brochure states that the theatre seating and sofa were all leather, but the tags did not say leather. And I noticed the difference in the feel of it. Things are subject to change is the basic answer. Although the furniture is a good brand (Lane) it is NOT leather. Not sure if the same applies to the model you're looking at.

Greetings all,
I am looking to upgrade from my Mountaineer to a 15 3790RD. I just got back from looking at the model, awesome, and wondering if anyone can tell me if the sofas and theater seating are genuine leather. Is there a tag or something? The salesman said it was, but I could not tell. I have seen some pretty convincing vinyl look a likes. My sense of smell is not to great either...

They can Legally call it "leather" because it is Bonded leather made from bits and pieces and scraps made into a pulp and stamped with a leather pattern but it is NOT what REAL leather is and also REAL leather is tagged as Leather on the sofa or recliner which ours is Not

Our 13 3402 big sky has not been quite that bad but close. I had forgot about the bottom of our chairs falling off seems the skilled craftsman missed with most of the staples. Four failed holding tanks since may 2012 may be a MOC record.

The leather is like bigskyjimmy says.

we are not surprised on the problems with either of our Montana's as we fully expected them, Disappointed maybe and we have excellent extended service plans.

Our 2010 recliners are wearing poorly after 5yrs of 3 month stretches in Mesa and light use during the summer. Material they used on recliners and couch of poor quality, but not about to spend $1000 on new Lazy boys for replacements. Just have to live with them until ready to give up RV'ing. Once you have had that 2015 for a couple of years you might be singing a different tune. Time will tell.
