We're also going back, but to the other side of Phoenix. We'll be volunteering at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum near Superior from November until May. Hopefully we'll be able to get together again at some point this winter.

Think I have you two figured out. One needs to get his butt to work so he can take off sooner(word). The other has a full time job and calls it volunteering. Cheers.

Ozz, is that timeframe when you're leaving next? I hope it's not the duration starting soon. Tonopah, even in September is gonna be HOT!!! Fortunately, there's some relief at the podunk Casino, a couple of restaurants and quite a few "cathouses". Please don't ask how I know about these things.

I think Ozz and DQDick should meet in Las Vegas. Wouldn't that be about the halfway point? The town will never be the same when these two characters are there at the same time. Ozz will be digging up the town planting caches and DQDick will be "fixing them" so they're never found. Have fun guys!

Art, I enjoyed your post..as always, but it is Tonopah Arizona. Nothing there but 3 gas stations and a family restaurant that has cooks that can't...

Ha, well we are preparing...
I have done 4 service calls since we got back, and am working up a bid for a 5 ton condensing unit system..heat pump.
One of my old buddies is running my local HVAC parts and equipment warehouses, that was good to come back to.
Love them parts guys You make it hard or easy for us out in the field. I often bring lunch, snacks, or gifts for them, as you know, it does make a difference on how people treat the parts guys.
"Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part." Sound familiar?
