Dual pane windows

We ordered our 3650 with dual pane windows and read in the forum about someone who had these and said that the bedroom slide windows do not open.
When I talked to my salesman today,he told me that may be true but he wasn't sure. He also told me that in the motorhomes, the dual pane windows do not crank out,but may slide right to left only to open.Is this true? I may change my mind and go with the single panes.
