Winterizing my 3665RE

For over twenty years in Colorado I have winterized my RV's by sucking out the water in all of the lines with a shop vac. I do one line at a time, drain traps too. I then add RV antifreeze to the grey and black tanks and leave the water dry to avoid the antifreeze in the water supply. I have never had a problem. Has anyone winterized a Montana like this, I just did mine and am confident I got all of the water out but thought I would throw out the question.

It's just kind of the reverse of blowing the lines out with compressed air, so there's no reason why it wouldn't work. The only area I would wonder about is the pump on the washing machine, if you have one.

I just did mine adding the anti freeze. There is a check valve in the line connections for the fresh water and winterize connection. I would think that would stop the water from coming back out the water connections unless you removed it. I know this becuase I believe I just broke one. Where did you connect the vacume? The low point drains?
