2014 Ram 3500 software update

I took my Ram in for service before our big trip and they did 5 software updates. Everything from A/C, ABS, ECU, and transmission.

One I noticed immediately was the hard shifting, up and down, when towing heavy. That problem is now solved

I don't know why, but it has always bothered me that I tolerated a problem for a while, then got something fixed and noticed the improvement was so dramatic I could kick myself that I waited so long to address it. Isn't it always a good feeling when things are running the way you expect?
