Carol, you may need that gen. You are getting two back to back ice storms. 2nd one I believe is due in your area around the middle of the week. Your right about the snow further north. Just got off the phone with my son and he said they have gotten unloaded on with snow. Good news is that all the ski resorts and snowmobilers are going great guns. Big boost to the local economies...

We just got CANCELLED on the ice storm, but still expect freezing drizzle for the evening hours. Does not make it less slippery, just less of it to fall on! And, means that the generator probably will not be needed this time around.

OKKK, bring on the next storm, and then I WANT SOME GOOD DAYS!!! ENOUGH!

Thanks Ozz. Those of us back home really do appreciate your sacrifice for us. I didn't have to unload any firewood, but did check out the generator and get it set up for tomorrows ice storm. Hope my preprations scare it off. The forecast is for about a half inch of ice Tuesday morning at your stick house. Bob

Ohhhh, I'm glad I fired my worthless house sitter and winterized the house, hope it makes it through the storm. I trimmed trees, re-inforced the fencing. We will see.
Hope you make it OK Bob.

All my wind toys show the wind from the S/E. I wish we would get a little cool weather, ran the A/C yesterday, and last night. It's been a little too hot here. Maybe the cooler weather will arrive with that wind.

I'll bring some of the cooler weather with me when I come to Corpus on Saturday. Hang in there - it's not all that bad.
