We had a rally at the Seven Feathers Resort in OR. this spring and Chase Booth (Keystone Rep. ) was there for a day to give us an update on Keystone Montana line. He was able to spend some time with each person in attendance to get some feedback on problems while he was there. He did follow through with a problem I have on my trailer and Keystone called me last week to let me know they would pay for some shop time to take some measurements and send the results back to Keystone to analyze. I ran into a bottle neck when I took the trailer to the dealer to make an appointment for service.. Complete blow off in my opinion as they would not do it since it was not purchased from them. Here Keystone was willing to pay for some shop time but the dealer really did not want to talk to me.. I think Keystone wants to help me but can't. I will be taking measurement and photos to send back to my contact myself.. I want to thank Keystone and Chase Booth for trying as my trailer is a 2002.

I guess I've resided in a pickle barrel for some time. I never knew any Keystone rep was dedicated to weekly monitoring of this website since it's not directly affiliated with Keystone. Perhaps this Mack guy was doing it on his own whim back when. There are some reps on a SOB website that put themselves in a position to be contacted for assistance but their replies are not directly linked to that website.

They do get feedback from some of the Rally's and particularly the National Rally, but I don't think much other than that.

IMO some at Keystone do read this forum from time to time it would only make sense that they do. Unfortunately they can not please every one all the time. We have had our ups and downs with Keystone over the years but way more ups than downs. Ole Rich did not always get satisfaction but feel we have been treated fairly by Keystone.
