HELP

A computer guru I'm not!! I have noticed that almost everyone has pictures of there tow vehicles and trailers attached to their post, and some have a really cool insert that shows the time, temp and location were they live/camp. How do I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance gjetzen
