2022 3121RL Surge Protector Flashing

Help, 2022 3121 RL, surge protector tripped light is flashing and I can’t figure out how to post a new question. Inverter is working but lithium batteries showing 13.5 sp lower than normal. Flipped all circuit breakers, cycled ac and batteries no improvement.

2022 3121RL Surge Protector Flashing

Plugged into shore power this evening and when I came inside the Surge Protector Tripped light is flashing. I’ve cycled all the circuit breakers by the stairs and disconnected shore power and turned off the two battery switches and back on. I have no idea where the surge protector is located or if there is a reset on it. I’ve tried to search the forum but didn’t really find a clear answer as to where to look. Thanks,

MOD Update: The original Post (where the OP wasn't able to create a new Thread) has been combined with the Post where the OP did create a new Thread. Now all the Posts are together.

I am not familiar with a Surge Protector Tripped light, but if there is a such a thing it likely is telling you there is a problem with the incoming power (either at the pole and in the power cord) that it doesn't like. The internal CBs and the battery system are not players in this. The Surge Protector shuts off incoming power *BEFORE* it ever gets to the CBs.
Hard-wired Surge Protectors are usually install near the Power Panel (CBs and Fuses). You may have to remove the back wall of the pass through compartment to locate it.

If you have the generator prep, you probably have one of the transfer switches with a built-in surge protector, Progressive or Southwire, that has an indicator light that you are seeing. https://www.trekwood.com/products/15...Remote-Display
If you don't have the manual for one of these, it should be available online. A possible fix might be just turn off AC power to the rig and then power it back up.

The other cause might be the Transfer Switch. They are installed as part of the generator prep package and a rash of them had problems. You didn't happen to be running off of generator power beforehand?

Thanks for the replies. With the help of a camp buddy with a VOM we found that one leg of the pedestal 50 amp was dead. Good news, surge protector was working correctly.
