Light won't shut off/problem indicator?
Hi all. I hope someone has seen this before: I have a 2010 3400RL and on the last trip the curb side outside flood light came on and couldn't be shut off (until the bulb burnt out). I thought that I probably hah a bad rocker switch so I pulled the panel to check the switch, which turned out to be good but noticed that it had an extra wire on the switch compared to the street side flood light switch. So started wondering if the folks at keystone were using that light as a warning light indicating a problem somewhere. Anyone know? Thanks,Steve

You have to turn it off with the remote. You may have inadvertantly turned it on with th remote. When the remote turns it on, only the remote will turn it off.

Really? That simple. Thanks that will save me a bunch trouble shooting just as soon as I get a replacement bulb. Steve

Don't feel bad, it's a common problem.

Yup, I watched a guy camp next to me back his tv up to the corner, get his ladder and proceed to take the cover off the light, burn his finger on the hot bulb before I asked if he had a remote. He wasn't even thankful that I solved his problem

Yup, put a new bulb in, reinstalled and rewired the rocker switch and the panel and all's well. Thanks for the help. That could have taken forever,if ever to figure out. Steve

That is the power of the MOC, somebody has already "been there, done that", all you have to do is ask. Glad that you resolved your issue!

Been there, done that. Felt foolish. Got over it. I'm better now.
