Hello from Kansas

Hello from Western Kansas.

We are new to the forum and the Montana Owners Club, having recently purchased our first Montana, a 2010 3455 SA. It required extensive work to bring it up to the desired condition.

We have been weekend lake-campers for our entire life, beginning with tents & pickup toppers and then with various models of the Keystone RVs. Loved every one of them. Our kids & grand-kids were almost always along with us for those weekend camp-outs. We still do the lake camping with friends, always having a great time together.

This winter, we are experimenting with the Snow-bird concept; soon headed to Mesa, AZ for a couple months. We are anxious to meet other snow-birders and we have friends & relatives in the Phoenix area.

We have lots of plans during our stay. My wife sews Quilts of Valor for veterans and the Montana is loaded with fabrics and sewing equipment. I plan to spend considerable time in the wood shop at the RV resort so I'm bringing lots of hand tools. Our bicycles are hanging on the Montana's bumper. My passion is long-distance motorcycle riding but that will have to wait until we return home.

Safe Travels to all on the road.

Don & Phyllis

Welcome to the forum! We have a great dealer in 4 seasons RV on 1-70 in Enterprise, KS. Great with repairs and modifications. If you do have to use them they own the RV park next door so it makes it easy to stop and have repair work done the next day.

Welcome from Nebraska. Like DQ said 4seasons is a good dealer. Bought my 345rl there last year. A big thank you to your wife for the quilts she makes.
