Removal of fireplace front to replace bulbs

WE OWN A 3685FL THE BULBS HAVE BURNED OUT IN THE FIREPLACE. DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS OR EXPERIENCE THEY WOULD SHARE WITH US?

We also have a fire place but yet have had to replace bulbs. Best I remember from walk-thur, there are four buttons on the front of the fire place hiding screws behind them. Removing the buttons without marking the wood might be a challenge.

we have replaced ours, but can't recall exactly how. I know we had to remove a few hidden screws.

The service repair man that did ours took a drill and drilled right through those dowels. and then you can remove with a little pik without damaging the wood.

Yes, easy to do. Remove dowel or plug. Drill small hole put a screw in and pull. Remove the 4 screws and there is the inside of your fireplace. Good time to clean the glass.
