Slide Out Solonoid
I keep having the solonoids for the slides on my Montana 5er go bad. When I say go bad I mean the slide motor keep running after I release the switch for a few seconds. When I replace the solonoid it is fine for about a year and then have to replace it again. This happens with both the "in" and "out" solonoid. Can't something be done to correct?

Hi Icruzen and Welcome to the MOC family.
I can't be much help but if you hang around a bit I am sure Dale (MIMF2) our resident slide and frame expert will be along with the answers to your problem.

Icurzun,
MIMF2 above is at the slide out manufacturer in customer service. He has helped many of us. You will find him very knowledgeable.

We'll I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this. While MIMF2 would have been helpful my Montana 5er is an 01 and has a Dewald hydrolic pump. Dale gave their number but the only help I can get from them is more replacement solonoids. I really think Keystone should step up to the plate on this and at least cover the cost of a dozen or so solonoids for me or retro fit one of Dales pumps in my unit. Not a happy camper.

Who is the best person to speak with at Keystone for customer service issues? This seems like a correctable problem. I'd appreciate all input.
