Dometic AC Shroud
I need to change the blade on my motor fan, hail storm direct hit, hole in shroud and busted fan blade. problem is ac shroud screws won't come out, they just strip the cheap fasteners. any tips? and is this the correct fan replacement?

Drill them out and then replace.
