More stuff damaged!

As you all know, we had the nose of the Monty pulled several years ago and are now paying the price for shoddy workmanship.
As of tonight, a $1800.00 lens has gotten wet and I don't know if it is permanently damaged or not! If so, is there anyone at Keystone who is going to reimburse us for the lens if it is damaged?
Dave pulled out the gun bag and found a gun case molded and probably will need to be thrown away. The gun inside is a 22 caliber from the early 1900's. If that is damaged beyond repair, that is IRREPLACABLE!
Come on Keystone, what is the deal? We have water in the closet, saturating the rugs! Mold replacement? I don't get it! What is the problem? We live in these rigs and therefore have our personal belongings in here. Do any of the workers care? I guess not as the things are not theirs. It makes me so sad. We pay enough for these rigs and essentially pay your salaries. Is there something wrong with pride in your work? Because I sure don't see it.

On our last rig (not a Montana) we had trouble with our nose cap. They attached it with drywall screws. Needless to say that didn't work very well. So, I feel your frustration. I'm hoping that your items dry out and are not permanently damaged.
