Bought new things for Monty
We just ordered the Doran tire monitors for Monty. Also a "Bed Saver" for truck. And the Microsoft streets and maps with GPS. Thinking of putting the second air conditioner while Monty is at dealer to get minor warranty issues fixed. They quoted us a price and we will probably get it, since they are about 60 miles away and not as busy this time of year.
Going to have the outside detailed, washed and waxed, when Monty gets back home.

Dusty and Don, did you order your bedsaver or did the dealer get it for you? That's on our short list. We're looking forward to using the GPS with Microsoft Streets and Trips. We bought the GPS in Alaska, where we really wanted to use it, but the receiver unit was bad and we just got home where our new one is waiting for us. Should be fun and helpful.

Judy, when I ordered my 03 Chev, My dealer installed a linex liner at no charge. I didn't want a loose pop in liner because of the number of them I have seen along the highways. Linex is a very tough very durable spray in liner, and in the high wear spots it is almost 1/4 in thick. I was and am very impressed with it. A friend of mine did his with a Rhino liner and I think his installer messed up, he has had some issues with peeling etc.

The bedsaver is also on our must have list.we usually see the vendors at rallies and RV shows. We will check out the RV shows in Cleveland and Toledo in Jan and Feb and get one..can usually save a few bucks by picking one up at a RV show or rally. The price we have on the bedsaver from www.blueox.com is 156.00.That was at the FCRV rally. They are easy to install.

Maybe we can get one while we're in the Rio Grande Valley. I know there's an RV show scheduled. Thanks for the info, Rich.

Rickety, his must have been messed up by the installer. I've had Rhino liners in three trucks since 1999 and had not a single issue. Mine have been 1/4 to 3/8 thick so maybe that makes a difference.

We already have the spray line-x inside the bed.
Rickety, the bed saver is a thing that fastens to the 5th wheel hitch. It protects the bed from the 5th wheel falling on it if anyone forgets something when unhooking.
We got the bedsaver for $175 from this RV company in ND. Which isn't bad. Because had to pay shipping. Which is about same price as Blue OX.
