Andersen Hitch 3220 with Andersen Bed Shaft and Safety chain kit

Just purchased 1st week of June 2020. Bought 3220 Hitch, Andersen Bed Shaft and Safety chain kit. Haven't hooked 5er to hitch yet. Going with a auto slider instead.

Selling entire setup for $850 (firm)

Location is Suffolk, Virginia

Welcome to the forum. Why the change of heart?

Use to a Pullrite Superglide, this one worries me after doing the install and seeing that 4 set screws keep the funnel coupler in place. Seeing the many weak points that people are mentioning

I think a person should use whatever makes them feel safe going down the road. It's too bad you got bad info about the rig you just bought. There are many advantages to the system and I doubt you'll get negative reviews from those of us who actually use them. Most nay-sayers are speculators who have never even used or experienced the system.

No worries...just seems a shame after you just bought it. A slider will certainly git-r-done. Happy travels.

I love my Anderson hitch. I attached it to my Curt Gooseneck. After having two lower discs fused in my back, the 40 lbs. Anderson hitch is a back saver. I love how it tows, no movement or chucking. But each his own.

I've had Reese and Curt fiver hitches ... a friend's praise of his Anderson hitch made me take a withdrawal from the ole piggy bank out of sheer curiosity. I will say hands down, the Anderson pulls better than either of my other two mentioned brands. Plus it's waaayyy easier to remove from the truck bed. The weight of your fiver, not the set screws keeps your fiver and truck coupled up. If you investigate many of the naysayers against the Anderson ... many have never actually owned one and put it to use.

Very true, you won't find any naysayers towing with an Andersen .
