where's the inverter

I have a 3475 montana and i was wondering where the inverter is located, as my batteries are only charging at twelve volts so i think it;s the inverter. Any help would be appreciated

Not familiar with your model but look behind the power panel. It should be a converter, not an inverter.
On edit: Turn on a lot of electrical stuff and listen for the cooling fan to kick on, trace the sound and you will find it.

On my 3075 you get to the converter from the storage compartment.

We have a 3475 and the converter is behind the power panel in the toilet room. You will need loooong arms to get to it. If you have to replace it also put a IQ4 with it so it charges only as needed. If you look inside the closet by the door and look at the ceiling the vent is right beside the converter.Hopes this answers your question.
