What is the torque value for the bolts that mount the assy to the fram

After having recently replaced a leaf spring, here's my notes for tandem 7000-lb axles
BTW, you are supposed to replace them as a pair on the same axle. I still need to replace the other one but want to wait until I get home.

U bolts 70 ft lbs
Shackle bolt nuts 39-50 ft lbs

7/16"-20 flange nut

The 3/8" bolts that hold the shear spring in place are torqued to 40 ft lbs. Or goot en tight.
