Heated Holding Tanks

Hio we purchased a 2004 3295RK with the arctic insulation package. Does anyone know if the tanks are heated with heat strips or just from the heet runs running through the trailer. Just thinking of snowmobiling this winter along with using the trailer to stay in The minimal owners manual does not say anything about this Thanks
