Ed, when we stored ours over the winter we never had this problem. Temperatures were not as bad as you get but we had zero F temperatures, sometimes lower. I asked Vicki about this and she thinks it sounds like you have too much moisture inside. Is your Montana covered? I wonder if it would help to keep a vent cracked open a little if you have a cover over the vent. Just a thought.
