Same year and model as we have enjoyed over the last 4.5 years and 40k to 50k miles. Seems to be priced right in light of all the upgrades. I bet it's a better unit than what is being pushed out of the factory today.

It is every bit as nice as i say it is. I have it listed for $3,000.00 more on RV Trader. I really don't won't to sell but with my wife having both knees replaced and one a second time she just can not get in and out of the rv. I am afraid she would one day face plant herself on the ground and then we would not be able to travel period. The truck and rv are matched up very well with the rv sitting level on the truck with 8'' clearance from truck bed to rv. I have tried to do improvements that would keep me from having problems on the road or at camp and i finally had the rv about where i liked it for us. It's this forums fault for all the improvements i have made before i had problems lol. I never really had any bugs in this rv except the the black tank valves and cables which i had corrected with new valtera valves and rods after last trip last October. If someone were wanting to upgrade from an older rv or get in to an rv and truck together for thousands less than new then this might be what they are looking for. I will sell the whole rig with the Hensley TS-3 air-bag hitch for $67,000.00.

For DW's mobility issues we added a porch from Sunrise RV Products.

May mean you can squeeze a few more years out of your camper.
She loves having handrails on both sides of the stairs.

The deck wouldn't do my wife any good on account she has problems with steps going up or down. She can't even get up the steps in the rv to the bedroom now on account she is on a walker. I even added an extra step going up to the bedroom and made the other steps a shorter height by 1 1/2''. I had plans to travel at least 2 or 3 more years but i guess it's not meant to be. I'm just glad we don't live in an rv full time as i would be having to find a new home. I've spent over $14,000.00 in improvements on this rv and had it just the way i wanted it to where i was comfortable at camp or on the road but there is nothing i can do but get rid of it. Health problems will catch up with all of us eventually.
