I am thinking like others here that you have a problem somewhere .We only use odor control in very hot weather. we do not have a odor problem

I'm sick and tired of putting campa chem and porta pak down the holding tank with no results on odor control. I've been doing this for years and I'm at wits end on odor control. Is there a commercial product out there that will do the job? I'll put a gallon in if it will work?????

I have gone to Happy Camper. It works better than anything I've used. Thanks members for suggesting.

Bill-- This is my second post on this thread and 5X the Happy Camper. If you want to REALLY clean that black tank out try some of the big brother to Happy Camper that they put out. It is about four times stronger and I talked to the owner of Happy Camper last February and he said it will really clean out that tank and possibly even get those sensors working again. I haven't used it but have put TSP90 in the tank and it does the job just like Happy Camper's big Brother.

Oh, by the way, if you do not think your Happy Camper is working correctly here is a simple trick the owner of the company told me to do: take about a half scoop of the Happy Camper and put it in the palm of your hand. Sprinkle a little water on the powder and close your palm. The Happy Camper will start to heat up and that means it is still active and good to use.

You should not smell anything in the bathroom. If you smell sewer or some chemical to mask the sewer smell, you have a problem with your plumbing. Plenty of water is all that is needed.

This is an excellent replacement for your Vent Caps. It does require removal of the OEM Cap and reinstalling and caulking but well worth it!

We have used Happy Camper and never had odour problems. Have switched to Tank Techs RX as it's supposed to help get sensors working properly. My grey tank sensors haven't worked since almost new. No smell with Tank Techs either. Check out YouTube videos. Very impressive but will have to if reality matches the promo videos.

We used Happy Camper for a whole season. It worked OK most of the time. Then I found Digest-It liquid. It seems to do a better job of dissolving the paper and solids. I get it now on Amazon by the gallon.

We used several different products and were not happy with the results. Always had a slight odor. We switched to Happy Camper and have not had any odors at all!

Never a problem using Aqua-Chem since about 1980. No valve or tank problems either.

We don't use any chemicals. No odor problem, no valve problems. Just use plenty of water when flushing.
