Richfaa> We belong to a couple of other forums that are not RV related. We belong to a gun forum and even that forum has rules on what can and not be said.

There are forums that are devoted to just about any subject but they all have rules.

This forum is devoted primarily to our common interest in Montana Rev's just as other forums may be political or religion oriented.

Point taken Rich , however you continue to state the forum rules and there are no rules on this forum as it pertains to Firearms on this forum. I guarantee you you that there are more folks on this site that have guns than there are those with Ham Radios( nothing against those that enjoy the Radios). Guns are commonly thought of in a negative manner however lots of folks collect and shoot them as a hobby ...just like Ham Radios...

The post was closed because of the comments made by another forum member about people who saw no reason for home defense and had nothing to do with guns . I wish people would slow down and consider that we all don't think alike, but we can all respect different points of view, none of us got this far in life being close minded. Thanks ..Scott

This is getting a little long and the title is probably not appropriate. Joyce pointed out to me that if it really was the Gestapo they wouldn't have just nixed the thread they would have come to the homes of those who posted what they didn't want to hear and made them disappear. This forum has much to recommend it, we should probably move on.

I find it rather amusing.....folks don't like a thread, but still bother to read and post on it. Why not just skip a thread if you don't like the content?

There are people that live their lives as they are told to and don't speak out when their rights are threatened and others that choose to speak out to preserve what they consider their rights. We have a combination of both on this forum and some in between. Like it or not the Mods and owner wouldn't have much of a forum if we were all sheep.

We have a member that recently was threatened at a camp ground and last year a couple of convicts escaped from an Arizona private prison and killed a man and his wife that were in an RV camping so they could get a new vehicle to run in. I'm not sure what offended the Mod but firearms are a part of life like it or not.

This has been an interesting thread. We thank you all for your input. We agree with those who have said this one has run its course so it is being locked at this time. Again thank you all for your input.
