Back in the saddle

This is my first post here after about a 6 year or so Hiatus from selling our HC 313RE and F-350. So after about 2 years or so of research we purchased the F-450 before the crazyness started and bought the 3121 a few weeks ago. We looked at many, many, many rigs. But we came back to a Monty.

This is us testing hooking up, jack operation / pdi. We are hoping to take delivery this weekend, its pretty exciting to be back!

Welcome back! That's a very nice set up and beautiful 5er. I love the new 3120/21 with the added windows.

Welcome ack! Unfortunately Ozz hasn't been around here for almost a year now. I think he still shows up on FB if you do that.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Its been a LONG time in the making since we sold our old truck and camper combo.

Lynwood, is that deleted and tuned Ford still treating you right?

Sure is. I only drive the truck occasionally. I’ve been driving it for the last few weeks. Great power no problems with any thing and the truck still looks like new. With 600+ HP and 1100 TK it will pull a camper. The new trucks have got so nice with their quieter engines and 10 speeds she is showing her age.

Im glad its still rockin and rollin!

We got the last generation of Ford 6.7l with the 6 speed. (2019) Got a great deal as well. I didn't want a Gen1 or Job1 new truck, so maybe in 2023 or later ill graduate to a 10 speed! I hear they are awesome, but I saved about 12k as well.

Glad to see you still here, keep them rounds in the 10 ring.

Welcome back. That is a beautiful set up. That sweet tv leaves the weight police speechless. If I had it to do over again I would go 450 for sure. And looking at the carry capacity of the 3121 you have a ton of payload...oh wait, that's two tons lol.

Rainlocker, I would take some pictures and start a new thread, it will gain more views and more people will be able to help.

As far as the F-450 goes, I love the dually, I loved my F-350 as well, but I will GLADLY give up 450 pounds of "Sticker" cargo capacity to have the turning ability. It makes the truck feel much smaller than it actually is.
