Available wireing in bedroom vent for install of air conditioner

2018 Montana High Country 305RL. Need info on the existing wiring in bedroom air vent for the addition of air conditioner. I would like to install a thermostat, but I need a 12-volt connection. Is there a 12-volt wire in the hook up wiring harness?

If your rig has the juction box next to the vent with the sticker saying you can install the AC then the wiring is up there. The thermostats wiring will then go to in the wall behind where the vent fan's control is on the wall and can be found once the fan controler is removed.
