Pretty much everywhere in the Yuma Foothills are places like that.

Were having a house built in Florida, not an RV garage. The builder (Richmond American Homes) has subdivisions all over the country, one of the many in FL have RV garages.

Here is one example https://www.richmondamerican.com/flo...ch/amelia-walk
We didn't go with it, partly because the only ones they had you had to drive through other subdivisions to get to it, I need a three car garage and at 70 the cost difference ($100,000.00 +) didn't make allot of since over storage.

Nobody here does that but there is no reason you couldn’t. A lot of people have attached garages. You could just make it larger.

DW and I have driven past a few on our way to visit relatives in East TX.
Windsor Place near Athens Tx
Concord RV near Waco TX and
Somewhere near Lake Whitney south of Dallas - can’t remember.
I agree with Carl - they are everywhere.

Lots of attached RV garages here in Tri-Cities (South Eastern Washington). Some neighborhoods are full of them and detached RV garages. Most are probably designed for motor homeowners as the length is probably between 30/35 feet, plenty of width and hight. If I was in the market for a new home and the lot was big enough I would look into it. Right now I am in the market to sell the Stick and Brick by next summer. I would say that I could look at 40 or 50 of those houses with attached RV garages within five miles of my home. Remember that most of them also have at least a two car garage with a lot of them having three car garage plus the RV garage.
Happy and safe roads to you.

Ditto that. We visit the inlaws there. Nice place non summertime. Trailer life magazine had ads in the back for rv homes in Texas.

Mount Olive Shores North in Polk City, FL. Homes have RV garages or RV ports. Pretty upscale community with mostly Class As, but allows fifth wheels which need to be parked under cover. I’ve lived there 4 years now and it’s pretty nice.

RV Garage

I live in Lake Havasu AZ. On of the reasons I moved here is the friendliness to the RV community. Most of the new houses being built have RV garages and a lot of the older houses have covered RV ports. Most lots are 10,000 sq ft and have room for a add on. Lots have dumps, 30-50 amp service. Hot for summer, but great the rest of the year
