Look again at his pics. I did not notice this initially. I believe he is saying that the back wall of the RV is too low and in conflict with ANY hitch insert. Look at my sketch below...
I may be wrong in my interpretation - maybe the OP will clarify.

Had the same issue on our 2021 MHC. Took a utility knife, cut out the plastic trim and I was able to get the he bike rack in the hitch.

Just wondering, if you’re going to have to have welding or spacing done why not just weld a new receiver tube to the bottom of the one you already have? No cutting welds and affecting the temper of the frame work. What says everyone?
