Replacing my front kitchen table booth?

I own a 2018 Keystone Montana 5th wheel 3820 FK with front elevated kitchen. It has a kitchen table with semi circle booth. Since I had surgery, I cannot get into it! I need to remove & replace if is possible.
I need a kitchen table with chairs so can use with my disability.
Has anyone ever done it with this set up in their 3820 FK Montana or similar?
I have no idea who to contact to help me. Any suggestions is appreciated.
Thank-you

That Model has an option for a free standing table and chairs which you could likely order from Keystone. It will be way over priced though and expensive to ship.

While there are floor and wall treatments below and behind the builtin you would have some mounting holes to deal with if you remove it.

I've seen other front kitchens with the area cleared of the installed booth and the curvature in the two corners were the only areas that could present issues. The area across is 92"x 48", not to exceed 48 due to wardrobe slide. Some put a small table with two wicker style chairs and put an extra cabinet next to the refer wall. I have looked at the RecPro site (Indiana) for dinette bench type/pole table and thought to use a setup that uses about 75" of the 92" and creating a deep storage area for the 17" on the left. On their site they will be in the $900 plus. This setup would also convert for a small day bed.

We have the 3811MS which has a couch across the front. Here's what's underneath, I am guessing yours will look similar. You'll have to fill the holes and add trim around the floor, but the flooring/wallboard will all be the same.

Look at this thread. On page 2 I believe is where another member removed the booth and installed a table and chairs.
