2017 3921FB Level-Up System

Level up seems to work well when setting up at camp sights however when traveling the left center and left rear jacks will creep down about 4”s or so. Has anyone had a similar problem and what was the fix. I’m thinking probably a check valve at the manifold.

I had the same called Lippert and they told me to have an authorized facility check it. I did and both were replaced under warranty.

The center and rear hyd leveling legs are connected in tandem ...center leg is Lead and rear is follower. If either of the piston seals on the legs leaks internally it can cause them to creep down...

Also the electric solenoid valve for those two legs could be slightly open causing the slow leak as well as the valve could be sticking.

I’d check the manual shutoff screw in that valve to make sure it’s not backed off a tad...additionally I would do a hyd pump bleed .. system is self bleeding so review the process to accomplish.

There is also a simple process to determine if either of those leveling leg pistons is bypassing.
