Humidity
To all who live in high humidity areas, I live in South Texas, do you leave the AC going while your RV is parked. Mine is currently sitting at home with the slides in and the AC set on 80. Do I need to do this. Also the Fridge is on at the highest setting

I live is south Georgia. We have found hanging Damp Rid hangers in bathroom and in living room does wonders. You will be amazed the moisture it gets. Be sure to take down when traveling otherwise it can make a big mess.

The previous owners of our rig were from NW Arkansas and used DampRid as well. We're trusting that will work for us in NE MS.

I live in Florida. Summer humidity so bad you can cut holes in it. Last Summer, I had one cabinet door that split due to the humidity and heat. Fortunately, I removed the door and rebuilt it in my shop to good as new condition. Since then, I bought a humidifier and have it sat on 55%. I set it on the kitichen island and continuous drain it into the sink. I also have two small fans - on the kitichen and one in the bedroom to help circulate airflow. This is in addition to leaving the main AC on 90 degrees. I leave the frig doors open.

we get damp rid and leave it in the sink - kitchen and bath. Fridge does good if dried out after use and then closed - not sure I could get slide closed with doors open

Humidity
We live in Grant Pass, Or....lots of rain. My trailer is stored inside an RV barn, and I run a dehumidifier in the trailer 24/7 set at 60%. I have to empty the water tank on the dehumidifier about every 4 days.

When we first purchased our 3402 we brought it home here in south Georgia and parked it under a shelter. It sat for a few days and everything was covered with mold. We wiped everything down and installed a dehumidifier on the kitchen island to drain into the sink. Set it to 65% and no more issues.

We live in Florida and use the Damp Rid containers with charcoal filter from Dollar Tree. They are small, but very inexpensive. Last about 4 weeks, which is about as long as we leave it parked anyway. I put out 5 each time we put the camper in storage.
