How to remove my tv

I am not using the old tv in my 2006 montana it is a ILO mts stereo sdtv surround sound tv it looks to have a older style tube tv not a flat back ... My question is how do i remove it. There is no screws or anything that would suggest it is mounted either on the shelve below or above but it is in really secure...please help

First of all, welcome to the forum. Can you tell us what model Montana you have, then hopefully someone who has or had that model can respond.

Not familiar with how that floorplan TV is arranged. But if accessible, I would first look under the TV to see if there are screws going up into the bottom of the TV.

Some models in that time frame used a metal "sled" type mounting plate on the bottom. My 2007 3075RL and a friend's 2008 3295RK both had that. On both, you had to reach an arm thru an access panel to reach behind the TV and press a release latch (or maybe lift?) to release the "sled" and allow the TV to slide out the front of the cabinet. And be careful, that sucker is heavy.

To echo BB_TX, look for screws which may be hidden by those wood plug thingies. Montana was a big fan of running screws into the case of the TV to secure it. Remove the fireplace if you have one as there may be vertical screws up to the TV hidden there. In some models they also ran screw into the side of TV and then covered it with a wood plug. If all else fails (or maybe first) use a hacksaw blade to locate and cut what ever screws are around the bottom, top and sides.
