2015 3710FL

So my wife & I just picked up a used 2015 3710FL. Front living room. Six slides. I did some research on this unit to see if dealer was in line with price. I was only able to find a couple like it. When I talked to him about it he said the you won't find a 2015 3710FL in any book. But he never told me why. Can anyone here tell me why? It was made in Jan of 15 so it wouldn't be considered a 16 model year. As I can find many 2016 online but very few 15s. Like 2, that's it. I believe that I saw one that was listed as a 3710FL but it was the raiser real living room. Is there anyway Keystone would sell the same model number but have different floor plans for them? Thanks in advance for your input.

They are in the same catalog as the 3711FL. the difference is the 3710 has the RV fridge and the 3711 has the residential fridge, other than that they are identical. I think you have a little more counter space next to the stove that I don't have based on the fridge, but both great models.

I don't know if I can say a price publicly on this forum, but I did do a lot of research and know what I paid for mine. you can PM me if you would like the info.

I dont have that model so cant comment on price. Pete's RV gave us a just too hard to believe price literally 10's of thousands of dollars less than 2 other dealers we received bottom line pricing from. The competition assured me Pete's could in no way sell the rig at that price. Well, they did. We added many options and the price was, at least from what I can tell, incredible.

Anyway....what I really wanted to say.... All the best with your new rig! Make some great and lasting memories!!

We discovered Keystone did a mid-year change to the 2016 3711FL, so I guess confusion rules the day. In the 2016 model, they changed added a front window and an articulated bath door.

Yep, that is the one I have. I do like the front window but I will say if was an option that cost additional money I won't get it. It is nice to be able to look at the front of the 5er. What I like best is the awning covers the dinning table slide out and nice sitting there in the morning or evening without the sun shinning in.

That's a very good point I didn't give much thought to. What I don't like is that when the awning is down you can fully open the front door. It hits the awning arms. Another complaint is any of the cabinets that are hinged from the top have no device to keep them open. YOU have to hold them open. That sucks.

One issue with our 3750 is keeping living room cool, in Redding's 115 plus summer temps. I know the front window is great, but heat in summer could be an issue for us. Our 3750 came with 4 fantastic fans. We use the living room fan to help keep it cool. Two 15k units are a must if you travel in hot areas.

Sounds like Keystone has regressed again. In the days of our rig, owners had to add gas struts to those cabinets ourselves. Easy to do. Most camper dealers stock a variety of sizes, so it is easy to fix.

This has been an issue for years. Here is a posting with all the information you need to fix this oversight.
