Service near Menifee California
Hi
I have a 2007 Dodge Cummins Diesel that I need to have some repair done on my exhaust brake, when I but the brake on I begin to hear a noise that suggest that the exhaust is bypassing the brake so I think I have a blown gasket somewhere in the system, I would appreciate some advice on who I should take it to. We are in Menifee CA.
Thanks
Michael

I did a quick search and found Quality 1 Auto Service in Temecula. They advertise to have the best mechanics for Dodge diesel repair, plus other brands also. I have never been there, so have no experience with them. 27512 Enterprise Circle West, Temecula, CA 92590 951-972-8279 Good luck.

Michael if you are looking for a Dodge dealer there are several within about 30 to 40 miles. The closet I know of is in Perris on the 215 Freeway West side at the 4th Street/Hwy.74 West Exit. Around 15 miles from the Southern part of Menifee. There may also be a Dealer in Temecula on the 15 Freeway at the Auto Mall area. I do not have any personal experience with those dealers. I have personally had work done in San Bernadino at Moss Bros. Dodge and I deal with Josh Davis. The service has always been good and prompt when I deal with him. It is possible Art of Art n Marge may have more input as he lived in the area and I believe he stays at a park in Menifee sometimes.

Thanks for the information, I was hoping that someone might have some first hand experience with available dealerships/service providers, I've had some bad experiences, so I'm trying to avoid another.
Thanks

mamestra. DAR warned you I might add my two cents. So here it is:
I have experience with two of the many diesel shops in this area. I have used Murrieta Diesel at 26193 Jefferson and American diesel at 26670 Madison because they are Ford experts but they work on anything Diesel. I wouldn't use any Ford dealer. The hard part is there are good and bad reviews for both places, based on others' personal experiences. Based on my experiences, I preferred Murrieta Diesel, by far. They should do well with Dodge, too.
Sorry, I've been offline for so long and maybe you've already taken care of this.
