Oh, wow, Seahunter, I never would have thought of that! We have a kingpin lock from our previous fiver. Maybe I'll bring it up and give them the key, so they can move it.

The stackable washer and dryer are being installed between when I purchase and when we come back to get it so I'm thinking they'll need to move it.
Yeah, not to worry you, just something to be aware of. Really, things like that only happen to me it seems! And hey, we had to wait two more months while they built us our order again, but we got the next model year, so it all worked out and I got some G614's out of it, so I was happy!
Ha! Maybe I shouldn't bring the kingpin lock after all. Hubby saw the wood-look floor of the 2015's and much prefers it to the tile-look floor of the unit we're buying. He started to try to convince me to forget this one and order a new 2015 just for the other floor but I've got extended family obligations and we've got to take the unit and start visiting as soon as Spring Break starts.
LOL - yeah, maybe tell them to go ahead and leave it outside the fence...

That's the "problem" with these units, they keep upgrading/changing and it turns into a perpetual upgrade if you're not careful. We waited and waited for ours, and thought we had everything possible, now they have the full-timer package, and the Paramount package both of which I would love to have. Same thing happens on the trucks - sure enough right after you get one, they do major rebuild and you just love the new models!

That's neat you already have plans for when you get the new trailer - you will have a wonderful time with your new rig!

Congratulations. The first "upgrade" I did to our 3750fl was the surge protector. I dittoed what Bingo did on their rig. Well worth the piece of mind.

I just spoke to my salesperson this afternoon, and I'm finally allowing myself to believe it's really going to happen. I am truly excited beyond words

It's just like being a kid waiting for Christmas again! And ordering is definitely worth the wait to get exactly what you wanted...

Napria, We got our unit at RV Outlet. Good people, ssuper Service Mgr and Mike the Finance guy! Just ask and they'll take care of it. We picked ours up and immediately headed to Charleston, SC for our shake down. Again, we love this unit.
Enjoy yours!!
Mike

Seahunter, we're actually buying off the lot. They had exactly what I wanted -- decor, options, etc -- with one exception; I wanted a queen bed and the one we're getting has a king. Neither my husband nor I are big and I would have liked a little more space between the bed and bathroom door. But it's not a major drawback. We just have to wait for Spring Break so we can get it and not be rushed. And they're installing the stackable washer dryer, so this will give them time to do that before we get it.

Mike, we're headed to a campground on Kerr Lake (Lake Kerr? Bugs Island?) called North Bend. It's a Corps of Engineers CG about 45 minutes from Danville. Hopefully we'll fit. The campsite I booked is 40' max. We've never been there before.

And yes, it certainly feels like I'm a 10 year old waiting for Santa!

She's mine now! I left at 6:15 AM, traveled 7 hours (including breakfast stop) looked her over, handed the check over. Looked her over some more, then said goodbye to her and traveled 7 hours back home. We'll be picking her up in two weeks. She's absolutely beautiful! I'm very tired, but very happy!

Congratulations. We have been in Florida for almost two months and have enjoyed our unit. I have used the back door a lot. As Bingo mentioned make sure you get the dryer anchored.

I'm really thankful to Bingo for that suggestion. I didn't remember at the time who suggested it, but I grabbed the dryer and gently pushed it because of that suggestion. It moved, so I asked my salesman to have it anchored. He said that they would anchor it, and that the kit to anchor it just hadn't come in yet.

Oh my gosh, I'm driving my poor husband up a wall with all my excitement! I just can't wait to pick it up and go out in it in two weeks!

I'm also sorry we already have plans for the August rally. I want to meet you all and see all the other Monty's.

Big boomer, my husband has truck envy, lol! That's an incredible TV you've got. Hey, could a golf cart fit in the cargo portion of your truck? If so, I just may want him to get a new truck, hehe.

Thank you. A golf cart can certainly fit in Bigboomers cargo hold as it was designed to fit both our bikes or a smart car. The smart car for when we are to old to hold the bikes up (NEVER)!
